Options include: a fully equipped audio booth and recording space separated by a window and two way mic system for covid safe private lessons, self tapes, voice overs, or direction. The recording studio is a multi-purpose room used for filming and sound recording purposes. The Audio booth is setup with a sound control panel and monitor for audio engineering as well as a keyboard for music sessions. Can be rented together or separately.
Indoor Dance Studio & Coaching Room

The indoor dance studio is complete with mirrors, roll-up door for outdoor expansion and air circulation, high ceilings, sound system, and a Marley sprung floor.
We’ve added a dance room extension with a plexiglass wall separation. Attached to the dance studio, this room creates a covid safe coaching/directing room. Connected with two-way mics and Bluetooth sound connection for private or small group lessons, workshops, or choreo demonstration.

Our black box theatre is a versatile space featuring high ceilings. The industrial roll-up door is ideal for load in/out, and offers an outdoor expansion option for rehearsals, filming, auditions, and an intimate performance venue.
